How do I create an account?
Wordally supports two ways to sign in:
- Apple Sign-In (iOS only) - Tap the "Sign in with Apple" button
- Google Sign-In (iOS & Android) - Tap the "Sign in with Google" button
Your game progress and coins will be saved to your account and synced across devices.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Open the Wordally app
- Sign in to your account
- Tap your profile icon or account settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm your choice
Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, coins, and data will be permanently deleted.
You can also request account deletion by emailing us at support@wordally.app with the subject line "Delete My Account".
How do coins work?
Coins can be earned by:
- Completing games (earn more for finding bonus words and getting 3 stars)
- Login streaks (weekly and monthly bonuses)
- Watching rewarded video ads
You can also purchase coin bundles through in-app purchases.
I made a purchase but didn't receive my coins. What should I do?
If your purchase didn't complete properly:
- Close and reopen the app - purchases may take a moment to process
- Check your email for a purchase receipt from Apple or Google
- Contact us at support@wordally.app with your receipt and we'll help resolve the issue
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account:
- Sign in to Wordally with the same Apple or Google account you used to make the purchase
- Your coins and progress will automatically sync

How do I play multiplayer?
To play with a friend:
- Tap "Multiplayer" from the main menu
- Choose "Create Game" to host a new game, or "Join Game" to join an existing one
- Share the 6-character game code with your friend
- Once both players join, the game will begin!
The app is crashing or not working properly. What should I do?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you have the latest version of Wordally from the App Store or Google Play
- Close and restart the app
- Restart your device
- Check that you have a stable internet connection (required for multiplayer and cloud saves)
- Make sure your device has sufficient storage space
