Account Information

When you sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, we receive a unique account identifier associated with your account. We do not receive or store your password.

Depending on the sign in method and your settings, we may receive:

  • a unique user ID
  • a display name, if available
  • an email address, only if you choose to share it

Gameplay Data

We collect gameplay related data to allow the game to function correctly, including:

  • game progress
  • levels completed
  • scores and achievements
  • virtual currency balance
  • in game purchases

This data is used to save your progress, enable gameplay features, and sync your data across devices.

Analytics and Diagnostics

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crash Reporting to understand how the app is used and to improve performance and stability.

This data may include:

  • app usage information
  • device information
  • crash logs
  • approximate location based on IP address

This information is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

Advertising Data

Wordally uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

AdMob may collect:

  • device identifiers
  • advertising identifiers
  • ad interaction data
  • approximate location

This data is used to display ads, measure ad performance, and support ad related features. Users can manage ad personalization through their device settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • operate and maintain the game
  • save and sync gameplay progress
  • process in game purchases

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared with trusted third party service providers only as necessary to operate the app, including:

  • Apple, for Sign in with Apple
  • Google, for Sign in with Google
  • Google Firebase, for analytics and data storage
  • Google AdMob, for advertising services

All in app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment or billing information.

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside of your country or the European Union. When this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards to ensure your information is protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the game and related services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please email us at support@wordally.app with the subject line "Delete My Account".

Upon receiving your request, we will delete the following within 30 days:

  • Your account information and login credentials
  • Game progress, scores, and statistics
  • Virtual currency balance and purchase history
  • Any cloud-saved data associated with your account

Please note that once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you have made in-app purchases, you may wish to contact Apple or Google directly regarding refund policies before requesting account deletion.

Delete Data Only

If you wish to delete specific data (such as game progress or statistics) while keeping your account active, please email us at support@wordally.app with the subject line "Delete My Data" and specify which data you would like removed.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • access your personal data
  • request correction or deletion of your data
  • withdraw consent where applicable

Children's Privacy

Wordally is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
